Yurii Kapkov
I grew up in Ukraine — a place that shaped my resilience early on. Wrote my first lines of code at 15, graduated top of my faculty in Software Engineering with a 96/100 GPA, won sport programming championships. From day one at university, I was already shipping freelance projects every evening.
Over the years I went from developer to Software Architect to CTO. Personally led and launched over 20 startups and enterprise products — some solo, some with teams. From greenfield architecture to production at scale.
I've lived in nearly 20 countries. Now I split my time between Israel and the US. ApolloRise is my life's work. Every wall I hit, I climb over. Every limit, I push through. I believe authentic hard work always wins.

Irina Zakharchenko
I was born in Ukraine and raised between there and Australia, and my path has always been about reinvention. From working alongside Fortune 10 executives in NYC to spending two decades transforming healthcare, biotech, and tech organizations in New Jersey, I learned how to turn challenges into opportunities. Now in Central Florida, I lead ApolloRise with vision and heart.
I am deeply committed to lifting others. As Senior Chapter Chair for Women in Tech & Entrepreneurs in Orlando and a thought leader in the Forbes Business Council, I mentor women to step into leadership. I believe reinvention is possible at every stage of life, and I bring that mindset into everything we build by blending people, data, and innovation.
