About

Zynor is a US manufacturer of a caustic-soda drain cleaner in single-dose sachets, sold in packs of 1, 3, 5 and 10 through Amazon FBA, Walmart and Shopify.

We built their entire tech infrastructure from scratch in four months: a connected ecosystem of internal products running in production on the company's own domains, a Shopify store and landing pages for B2B buyers. And we keep building it.

The Problem

Money, documents, the warehouse and production all lived apart. Reconciling them meant hours of digging through spreadsheets.

Basic questions had no quick answer. How much raw material and packaging is left? What does one sachet really cost? When is it time to reorder? What exactly is inside each box going to Amazon or Walmart? And working hours were tracked by hand — then paid by hand.

Our Solution

Instead of more spreadsheets, we built one system. Five products share a single sign-in and talk to each other through secure internal APIs. Finance is the master list of every supplier and customer. Purchase order PDFs land in the document archive automatically. Inventory value and open orders show up on the finance dashboard. Hours from the shop floor flow straight into payroll.

The result is an end-to-end trail for every dollar and every box: purchase, payment, production, packing, shipment.

Key Features

Zynor ID — One Sign-in for Everything

Single sign-on with one session across every service. Roles are set per service — owner, operations manager, accountant, floor operator, viewer. When someone leaves, one action offboards them and revokes every session instantly.

Check-in for the Shop Floor

QR codes on the wall: scan, beep, done. Designed for one hand, dirty hands and the end of a long shift. Admins see who checked in, when and from where — and the hours go straight into payroll.

Finance

Bank transactions arrive automatically through a direct bank integration — API, webhooks and CSV import — with deduplication. A category tree, counterparties, recurring payments and founder contributions. A document archive linked to payments, where a payment without a document gets flagged. Payroll calculated from Check-in. An owner dashboard with cash, credit card debt, partner contributions and burn rate. And an audit log that records every change with its before and after.

Production & Shipments

Raw materials and packaging are tracked by lot — supplier, price, quality status. A defective lot gets blocked from use, a rule that came from a real supplier incident. Purchase orders come with a PDF, receiving and automatic upload to the finance archive, and their payments are matched to bank transactions.

Production runs in two stages. Filling writes sachets off by FIFO with a cost for every sachet. Packing works from tasks like "40 boxes × 60 packs of ZYNOR-10 + 200 loose ZYNOR-5", writes materials off automatically and sends finished cases straight into a shipment. Shipments to Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS and direct customers carry the contents of every box — mixed boxes included — with box labels, a packing list and CSV files for Amazon and Walmart. Cancelling is all-or-nothing, so stock never ends up half-moved.

On top of that: box norms per SKU, a finished-goods summary, inventory counts, fixed assets, months of supply and reorder points. Floor operators see none of the money — it isn't even in the data sent to their screens.

Unit Economics Calculator

The cost of one sachet and a P&L for every SKU, the share of ad spend at which a product breaks even, the sales mix and the resulting monthly net profit — so pricing and advertising decisions are made on real numbers.

CRM — in Development

One customer base across Amazon, Walmart and Shopify, with automatic detection of B2B buyers — hotels, cleaning and property management companies. Notes, tasks and custom prices, plus direct and recurring orders fulfilled through Production, without marketplace fees.

Shopify Store & B2B Landing Pages

Beyond the internal system, we built the brand's Shopify store and landing pages for B2B buyers — the front door for the direct sales the CRM will serve.

By the Numbers

  • 5 products

Zynor ID, Check-in, Finance, Production and the unit economics calculator are in production. The CRM is in development.

  • ~41,000 lines of code

45+ data models, about 45 screens and 45+ API endpoints, with a separate database for every service.

  • 4 months

The first service went live in August 2026, the whole ecosystem by October — and development continues.

Results

One connected system instead of spreadsheets. The owner sees money, stock, unit cost and what's on the way to the marketplaces — in one place. Every box has an exact manifest, and its documents print in one click. The shop floor works from phones, without access to financial data.

And Zynor owns its platform outright, with no per-seat fees. Next up is direct B2B sales through the CRM.

Tech Stack

Next.js 15 (App Router, Server Actions), React 19, TypeScript, PostgreSQL 16, Prisma 7 (database per service), Tailwind CSS 4, shared design system, bilingual UI, Docker, AWS EC2, nginx, TLS, GitHub Actions CI/CD with automatic migrations and health checks, bank integration. Security: SSO, role-based access, audit log, inter-service keys, server-side access control for finance. Coming next: Amazon SP-API, Walmart API and Shopify integrations.
